I had such a nice time at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort! The natural setting dazzled me with rich wildlife, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. However, I found the bathrooms in need of updates, and some of the public areas felt too hot, lacking proper air conditioning. Overall, the beautiful surroundings and relaxation options made up for the minor drawbacks I experienced.
